How do you reduce false alarms?

What if the internet or phone line is cut?
Panels communicate over cellular as well as internet, with backup batteries, so signals still reach the monitoring centre.
Can staff arm the alarm with their access card?
Yes. When combined with access control, the alarm can arm automatically after the last authorized person leaves, or by presenting a card at the reader.
Can you take over an existing alarm system?
